Through the OFS Legacy program, young adults have the opportunity to earn a high school diploma and Driver License while working on crews that improve Dane County parks or build affordable housing.
Build Academy is a professional construction crew made up of young adults at the beginning of their career in the construction trades.
A full-time, paid conservation training program for young adults. Members will work and train with industry professionals and gain hands-on experience working in parks, natural areas and neighborhoods.
A chance to learn new skills, gain experience and prepare for higher-paying work! The OFS Healthcare Academy program offers hands-on learning through training for a healthcare career.
OFS Drive is a FREE driver’s license attainment program. OFS Drive offers you the chance to prepare for obtaining your Wisconsin driver’s license while receiving support in career exploration.
OFS CareerScape Counseling assists young adults (17-24) who need support with exploring career options, preparing for employment, and taking next steps towards achieving their career goals.
CareerPoint provides young adults (18-24) essential skills training for modern careers, paid job training, and ongoing mentorship to ensure your success.
The Options program works with young adults ages 18-24 who would like to learn about their options to finish their high school diploma or GED/HSED.
The Drive to Succeed program offers mentoring, educational support, and driver's license attainment to youth who have been involved in the justice system.
