The upcoming Strive session begins May 1, 2017. Strive participants are paid for on-site work, planning career goals, preparing for future jobs, help continuing your education and exploring free career training opportunities.
It is an eight week in-depth construction career track including building houses followed by free continued support in career specific training, in finding and keeping your first job and the college enrollment process.
Strive program schedule is four days per week; Eights hours per day. Strive participants can earn up to $50/day.

As a result of the Building Futures Campaign, the Strive Employment Program will increase to serving 45 youth by end of 2020, reaching a total of 75 youth served by 2021. Strive programming is for youth graduating high school without a transition plan. This is a three-month program of work experience, career exploration, job search and transition to employment or post-secondary. This program began in the summer of 2015.
