OFS grad Savorn completes job application with assist from the Graduate Services Coordinator, Paula Bhattacharyya

For two years after graduation, OFS' Graduate Services Coordinator follows graduates
to support their retention, success, and progress in school and employment. On a monthly basis, the Coordinator contacts OFS graduates to discuss strategies for advancement, troubleshoot problems, offer logistical and emotional support. The result is that graduates continue to move up the career ladder at work or through continuing education.
